Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services to Oxi Fresh customers with professionalism and care
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers to represent the Oxi Fresh brand effectively
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Oxi Fresh’s eco-friendly cleaning system and additional services
- Maintain and clean equipment and company vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and top performance
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
- Recommend and upsell additional services or products that can benefit the customer’s home or business
- Consistently strive for customer satisfaction and maintain high service ratings
Requirements:
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
- This position may require a background check, which must be successfully completed before employment begins.
- Possess a smartphone and internet access.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Quick learner who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Selected candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
