Our technicians service customers throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Stuart, and Port St. Lucie, so living within this region is required.
Candidates who live outside this area will not be considered due to travel and scheduling requirements.
Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, one of the fastest-growing carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning companies in the U.S., is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager / Lead Service Technician to help lead and grow our small but expanding service business.
This is not a corporate desk position. It is a working leadership role in a small business environment where the right candidate will help manage operations while also performing technician work in the field when needed.
Because we are a small team, the ideal candidate must be comfortable wearing multiple hats — managing operations, supporting technicians, and stepping into the field to perform cleaning services when necessary.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully run a small business, been an owner-operator, or managed a service operation, and who approaches the role with an owner’s mindset. The right candidate takes responsibility, solves problems independently, and leads by example.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Service / Technician Work
- Drive company van to customer homes and businesses
- Perform carpet, upholstery, rug, and tile & grout cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
- Educate customers about services and recommend additional cleaning services
- Collect payment and maintain job records
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicle
- Earn 5-star customer reviews
Operations & Leadership
- Assist with daily scheduling and routing of technicians
- Support hiring, training, and managing technicians
- Manage inventory of cleaning products and equipment
- Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Monitor service quality and operational efficiency
- Help grow the business through commercial sales opportunities and customer relationships
This is a working manager role, meaning the Operations Manager must be comfortable performing technician duties when needed while also overseeing operations and team performance.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Must live within our territory between Boca Raton and Port St. Lucie (required)
- Clean driving record (required to drive company van)
- Clean criminal background
- Stable employment history with proven reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 45 lbs and perform physical cleaning work
- Valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to work 5 days per week including Saturdays
- Must be flexible to work early mornings or evenings when needed for commercial or residential jobs
Ideal Background
