Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning is searching for Service Technicians in the Roanoke Area! Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning is looking for a carpet cleaning technician as we continue our goal to be the #1 Carpet Cleaner in America. Responsibilities:

• Provide superior carpet cleaning and quality service to Oxi Fresh customers
• Must be comfortable and able to communicate well with customers
• Build a professional business relationship with all customers
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current products and services offered
• Complete all necessary documents and forms accurately and legibly
• Educate customers on the benefits of using Oxi Fresh's Cleaning System
• Clean and maintain Oxi Fresh equipment and vehicles
• Uphold all company policies and procedures
• Encourage the use of additional services and products
• Maintain a great customer service rating

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle report
• Pass criminal history background check and drug screening
• Smartphone
• Internet access
• Fast Learner, organized and able to multi-task
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to clearly articulate, communicate and interact in a positive manner with employees and customers
• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work year round
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45lbs

Job Type:

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Salary:

$15 per hour

Experience:

• 2 years customer service experience required
• Carpet cleaning experience a plus
