Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning of Northeast Florida is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Carpet Cleaning & Sales Technician.
This isn't a desk job.
Every day, you'll meet new customers, solve problems, transform homes and businesses, and represent one of the most recognized names in the carpet cleaning industry.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional carpet, rug, upholstery, tile, and hardwood floor cleaning services
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment
- Educate customers on additional services that meet their needs
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle
- Represent Oxi Fresh with professionalism, integrity, and pride
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and professional
- Works well independently and manages their time effectively
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Has strong communication and sales skills or is willing to learn
- Is physically able to perform the essential functions of the position
- Has a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Can pass a background check and any pre-employment screening requirements

If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
During your training period, you'll receive paid training while learning the Oxi Fresh system and building your customer route.
Compensation
Once training is complete and you've established your route, compensation transitions to a 100% commission-based structure, giving you the opportunity to directly control your earnings based on your performance, customer service, and productivity.
If you're motivated, enjoy serving customers, and are willing to put in the effort, there is significant earning potential.
