We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a global organization. This role plays a key part in managing U.S. and Canadian federal and state income tax matters, including tax accounting, tax provision, and audit defense. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead income tax compliance and tax provision processes for U.S. and Canadian entities.
- Research new tax developments and advise leadership on risks and opportunities.
- Manage multiple income tax audits across North American jurisdictions (federal, state, county, local, and provincial).
- Respond to audit requests efficiently and work toward favorable outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance tax department policies, procedures, and systems.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to support tax considerations in business decisions.
- Manage, train, and mentor tax staff.
- Provide occasional late‑night, weekend, or holiday support during month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end cycles, as permitted by applicable law.

Education & Experience
- 10 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax.
- Proven experience managing people and processes (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Master’s degree (preferred).
