As a member of the Tax Team, the senior tax professional is responsible for preparing and delivering individual and entity tax returns, projections, and related analysis. This role supports high‑net‑worth clients and partners closely with advisors to provide clear, accurate, and timely tax services. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts, and businesses
- Develop quarterly estimates and projections
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding tax filings and deliverables
- Conduct tax research and summarize findings
- Respond to tax questions and prepare related analysis
- Coordinate workflow with support staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with tax notices and draft initial correspondence
- Stay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong tax code knowledge and general accounting skills
- CPA or EA obtained or in progress preferred
- Master’s in Tax a plus
- Experience with tax software platforms a plus
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage high‑volume workloads
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly

Compensation
Base salary range: $95,000–$105,000, plus incentive opportunities based on experience, skills, and certifications.
