Telecommunications Site Technician

(Onsite, Full-Time, Contract to Hire)

Oxford Solutions is hiring a Telecommunications Site Technician to provide onsite technical support for telecommunications systems and devices.

In this position, you’ll perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on telecom systems, tablets, and other devices. The ideal candidate has strong technical and communication skills and takes pride in providing quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services on telecom equipment and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to communication systems, tablets, and related hardware.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation.
• Interact with facility staff and vendors in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Ensure adherence to all site protocols and security procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology troubleshooting, repair, or related technical service.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and networked devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work onsite five days per week.
• Basic networking or electronics knowledge a plus
