Opening with our client for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This is an onsite role supporting a small group of executives along with an engineering team.
Essential Functions
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple Executives
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings via Microsoft Teams and ensure smooth communication flow
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Support expense reporting and travel bookings (experience with Concur is a plus)
- Act as a liaison between executives and broader engineering teams
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Concur is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
