Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
- Enter, update, and maintain vendor pricing and related information
- Review numerical data and information for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with internal employees by phone and email
- Maintain organized and accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume data entry or administrative role
- Construction or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet access
