Oxford Solutions is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s growing team. This is a contract to hire, onsite role in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions accurately according to company protocols
- Communicate with providers and physicians via phone and email to resolve prescription inquiries
- Address and resolve open issues from pharmacists, technicians, and internal teams
- Maintain compliance with corporate, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
- Perform additional pharmacy technician duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of pharmacy technician or related experience
- PTCB or NHA certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software
- Competence in basic pharmacy calculations
