Job Type: Part-time & Full-time Available
Hours: 20–30 hrs/week
Pay: $16.50–$18.00/hr

We’re not your average before-and-after school program—we’re a high-energy, kid-powered crew that turns every morning and afternoon into an opportunity for creativity, exploration, and a whole lot of laughter. We’re gearing up for the 2025–2026 school year, and we need awesome humans to join our team of professional fun-havers and learning guides.
What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Having the Best Job Ever):
- Creating an environment where kids feel safe, seen, and ready to unleash their inner superheroes (or artists, or scientists, or... you get the idea).
- Communicating with tiny humans, their grown-ups, and fellow team members—with kindness, clarity, and a dash of humor.
- Organizing activities and theme-based curriculum that cater to kids’ interests, energy levels, and wildly creative imaginations.
- Managing a room like a champ—whether it’s calming chaos or keeping snack time civil.
- Supporting developmental growth while celebrating each child’s uniqueness.
Must-Haves:
- Experience working with children or youth in a center-based setting (camp counselors, childcare workers, teachers, youth mentors—you’re our people!)
- Great communication skills (kid-speak and adult-speak both required)
- Stellar organization and classroom management skills
- Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected when glue sticks get stuck in hair
- A passion for making a difference, one crayon drawing at a time

Schedule:
- Morning shifts & afternoon shifts available
- Monday through Friday (weekends are yours—hooray!)
Education & Age Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
