Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily coverage for teachers across all departments, following lesson plans and instructional materials left by classroom teachers.
- Manage classroom routines, expectations, and behavior to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Deliver instruction, facilitate activities, and supervise students throughout the school day, including study halls, lunch duties, or other assignments as needed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with students, staff, and administrators.
- Uphold school policies, procedures, and values, contributing to a positive school culture.
- Prior experience working with high school students strongly valued.
- Strong classroom management skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to various content areas and teaching styles.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting the academic and social-emotional needs of all students.
- Proof of four year/Bachelor's Degree or teaching certification
- Copy of transcripts
- A minumum of two (2) reference letters
