Oxford Realty is seeking a dependable, motivated, and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our growing portfolio of residential properties. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and like working independently while being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Complete general maintenance and repair requests
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting and minor renovations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential or commercial maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
