Role Description
This is a full-time and/or part-time, on-site Servers role withinone of the two restaurants we are opening based in San Francisco, CA. As a Server at Oxford Hotels & Resorts, you will provide exceptional service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. You will collaborate with team members and respond to guest inquiries to enhance the dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality-related environment is preferred
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality is a plus
