Qualifications:
- Is self-motivated, competitive, and driven by financial success.
- Loves sales and takes pride in providing best-in-class customer service.
- Is passionate about helping borrowers and making a meaningful impact.
- Has 1 year of experience as an MLO, originator, or loan officer with a strong track record of closing loans.
Job Description:
- Work with industry-leading inbound opportunities — thousands of direct-mail inbound calls each month, plus a steady stream of live transfers from our in-house call center.
- Represent Oxford Home Lending with professionalism while networking to create additional loan opportunities.
- Drive new and repeat business by providing expert product knowledge and delivering unforgettable service.
- Educate clients on loan options and recommend solutions that maximize their financial benefit.
- Interview borrowers, review financial/credit data, and determine the best financing path for their needs.
- Present pricing, terms, and credit details clearly and compliantly.
