Compassion: Genuine empathy and patience for clients who are often in vulnerable circumstances. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and electronic record systems. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse populations. Flexibility: Must be reliable and able to work the early morning shift consistently.
