Job description
As Team Leader, you oversee the analysts that are working on HPLC, GC, UV, wet chemistry, and more. Your task is to guide, train, and build the team to allow continuous and timely analysis of pharmaceutical compounds under GMP. As team lead, you are responsible for hiring staff, monitoring performance, internal stakeholder management, and planning. You bring expertise in analytical chemistry and GMP guidelines to support your team with method development, deviations, and CAPA's. Overall this is a great step up for if you have some experience with supervision and within analytical chemistry.

Profile
- HBO or MSc in Chemistry or related
