Role Summary
We are seeking a Data & Technology Associate Manager to bridge the gap between sales operations and technology solutions. This individual will play a key role in enabling the sales team to leverage data-driven tools effectively, ensuring accuracy, usability, and adoption across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations and partnering closely with the Data & Technology Manager, you will oversee onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of sales technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across all sales systems
- Oversee updates and functionality of sales tools to ensure optimal performance
- Serve as the first escalation point for technical issues; collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems quickly
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance tool adoption and user proficiency
- Build and sustain a network of super-users within the sales organization
- Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of tools and technologies
- Collect feedback from end-users and implement enhancements for better usability
- Drive increased integration and utilization of existing tools across the business
Core Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of business experience in a relevant field
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Working knowledge of the U.S. retail environment and sales planning processes
- Skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and business objectives are met
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPMax)
- Advanced skills in Power BI for reporting and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with master data management
- Familiarity with forecasting tools for sales and spend
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions within corporate or CPG settings
