Full-time opportunity Monday-Friday 8a-4p and 4pm-12am

Same Day Pay!

$16-18/hour

Responsibilities as Concierge:

• Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors.

• Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.

• Greeting potential residents, families, visitors.

• Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.

Qualifications for Concierge:

• Current and active CNA license in PA strongly preferred

• Previous experience in customer service-related field required. Experience in healthcare setting required.

• Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence and perspective. Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics.

• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette.

• Experience in dealing with multiple demands simultaneously.

• Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments.

• Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems.
