We are looking for an experienced Residential Home Designer to join our team and help bring well-executed, highly personalized homes to life.
About the Role This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about residential design and thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment. You will take a client’s vision and translate it into a fully developed set of home plans, carefully considering site, flow, proportion, and architectural character.
Key Responsibilities • Analyze site conditions including topography, views, orientation, and constraints • Develop creative and functional floor plans and architectural concepts • Build detailed 3D models and construction documents in Autodesk Revit • Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion • Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam Revu • Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, and builders • Carry projects from initial concept through completed construction documents
Qualifications • 5 years of experience in residential home design • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required) • Experience with Lumion and Bluebeam Revu • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and detailing • Ability to read and interpret site plans, surveys, and grading information • Excellent design sense with strong attention to proportion, scale, and materials • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
