What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Assistant position at Oxford Consulting Services, Inc.?
Sunny Days is an Early Intervention provider serving children birth to three years of age with developmental needs. Services are provided (Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy) in natural environments, including families homes, childcare settings and other community locations.
We are currently hiring a temp to hire Program Assistant to work in our operations department full time Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. May be eligible for paid sick leave.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update information in digital systems and databases
- Review and process incoming reports and documents
- Retrieve and verify information from county or state databases
- Maintain basic spreadsheets for tracking and reference
- Manage confidential information appropriately and securely
- Follow up with practitioners to request additional details or supporting documentation as needed
- Upload and organize digital files within designated systems
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Experience/Qualifications/Education:
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Familiarity with handling confidential or sensitive information in a professional setting
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Ability to navigate multiple computer skills and applications at once
