Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development/Outside Sales Representative is a full time remote position.The role involves identifying and generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and providing outstanding customer service. The employee will work both onsite and remotely, blending in-person client meetings with work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build client relationships
- Proven Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market data and customer needs to drive sales strategies
- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
