- Previous experience in door installation and replacement is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn
- Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used indoor installation
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to travel as needed, as there may be opportunities in different locations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
