About the Role
Oxford Advisory Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our Tampa office. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming and polished experience for clients, visitors, and team members while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment coordination
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
- Assist with office hospitality and client experience initiatives
- Support team tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems is a plus
