Oxendale Auto Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our dealership accounting team.
This position plays a key role in ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and bill vehicle deals
- Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Post transactions and maintain dealership accounting records
- Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and office staff to resolve discrepancies
- Process trade payoffs and related documentation
- Maintain deal files and ensure compliance with dealership procedures
- Assist with schedules, reconciliations, and other accounting-related tasks as needed
- Support the office team with additional administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
- Dealertrack experience is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems
