Responsible for investigation and resolution of all nonconformances within the organization including, customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal processes. Responsibility also includes producing and distributing key quality measurements, training quality technicians, and maintaining the ISO Quality Management System.

- Ensure direct reports are properly utilizing systems, technology, and policies and procedures prescribed by Converted Products. Provide training or corrective action to ensure these obligations are met.
- Exhibit executive level decision-making, cross-functional teamwork, problem solving, and policy development. Adhere to Converted Products mission, values, standards, policies and procedures. Proactively ensure personal awareness of policies before acting.
- Develop direct reports and department members and hold them accountable to Converted Products standards. Provide meaningful interaction, coaching, and feedback to team members on a routine basis

- Audit manufacturing processes on all shifts (Receiving, Production, Shipping)
- Oversee ISO program
- Interact with ISO Auditor (external)
- Conduct walk-throughs with customers and customer auditors
- Prepare customer PPAPs and Control Plans
- Maintain quality metrics
- Manage all regulatory documents
- Manage Certificates of Analysis

Education:
- College Degree (4 Year) or equivalent Quality Manager experience
- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing facility
- Experienced as Management Representative or internal auditor for ISO:9001
- Computer - proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Mathematical reasoning - perform mathematical and measurement conversions
- High attention to detail – accuracy in entering data and in communicating information with others; ability to see errors and identify inconsistencies
- Problem Solving – work independently and with others to resolve issues
- Collaboration – Work effectively with sales team and other personnel to achieve established outcomes
- Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication
- Multi-tasking – Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks with deadlines
