Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
- Experience with beverage service, including cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and spirits experience is a plus
