Program Coordinator - SOR Grant
FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: Program Director
Essential Functions:
Program Leadership & Administration
- Coordinate all aspects of the SOR Grant, including implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, state regulations, and Oxbow Center policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource allocations.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including policies, procedures, and progress reports.
Clinical Services
- Provide direct mental health and substance use counseling services as needed, in accordance with licensure and ethical standards.
- Support the clinical team in delivering evidence-based practices such as MAT, peer recovery, and counseling interventions.
- Care Coordination Services
- Case Management Services
- Assessments and Intakes
- Assist in staff training, mentorship, and clinical consultation related to opioid and stimulant use disorder treatment.
- Provide clinical supervision.
Data & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report program data to meet federal, state, and internal reporting requirements.
- Track program outcomes, quality improvement indicators, and performance benchmarks.
- Prepare timely reports for the State of Wyoming and Oxbow Center leadership.
Community Engagement & Collaboration
- Serve as liaison between Oxbow Center, state agencies, and community partners.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships to enhance service delivery and community impact.
- Represent Oxbow Center in regional and statewide coalitions, task forces, and workgroups related to opioid and stimulant response initiatives.
Required Training and Meetings
- Participates in staff and supervisory meetings.
- Attends training as needed to maintain and develop clinical skills.
- Completes all Oxbow Center Required Training Courses.
- Keeps license/certificates current.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
- Current and unrestricted Wyoming licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in behavioral health and program coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in grant administration and compliance monitoring.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with SOR, SAMHSA, or other federal/state grant programs.
- Clinical experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
- Knowledge of evidence-based prevention, treatment, and recovery practices.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply federal/state regulations and grant requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record/data management systems.
