Oxalis is seeking a Principal Consultant, Enterprise Architect—a strategic, technically grounded leader ready to help shape the future of enterprise architecture in complex, high-stakes environments.
In this role, you’ll lead customers through the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and modern enterprise ecosystems. From Atlassian Cloud and Microsoft Azure to ERP, HCM, and low-code platforms, you’ll architect systems that connect the dots—and the people—across an organization.
You’ll work closely with clients across public sector, healthcare, maritime, and aerospace, translating business goals into future-state architectures that are resilient, integrated, and ready to adapt. This role blends technical design, delivery excellence, and thought leadership—making it a rare opportunity for enterprise architects who thrive at the intersection of systems strategy and execution.
Architect the Enterprise
- Define target-state architectures that unify SaaS platforms, ERP, and low-code tools into a coherent ecosystem
- Design integration strategies, data models, and cross-platform communication that support scale, security, and performance
- Translate organizational goals into technology solutions with measurable outcomes
Lead with Technical Depth
- Guide solution design, validation, and implementation for platforms like Atlassian Cloud, SharePoint, Power Platform, Salesforce, Azure, and ERP systems (IFS, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Establish middleware and API patterns, support low-code workflow development, and oversee secure system migrations
Own Delivery Outcomes
- Act as the technical lead on enterprise engagements—scoping, designing, and executing architecture strategies with Oxalis and client teams
- Mentor junior consultants, lead capability development, and support pre-sales and account planning
Drive Innovation and Governance
- Define architecture frameworks, governance models, and reusable methods for consistent, scalable delivery
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and apply them to customer engagements with creativity and confidence
- 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems design, or consulting
- Proven ability to design and integrate complex architectures across SaaS, ERP, cloud, and low-code platforms
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, Snowflake, Terraform, and Python
- Mastery of integration strategies, APIs, secure data flows, and system lifecycle planning
- Clear communicator across all levels—from executive briefings to developer stand-ups
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- TOGAF, AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Atlassian Certified Expert credentials
- Hands-on experience with Jira, JSM, Confluence, Databricks, Redshift, Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Dynamics, Oracle)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, ITAR, DFARS, NIST, CUI)
- Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Power Automate, or ScriptRunner
