We're a growing moving company with ambitious expansion plans. We're not just looking for temporary labor—we want to develop great movers into Drivers, Crew Leaders, Trainers, and eventually Managers as we grow.

No moving experience? That's okay. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

As a Mover / Driver, you'll work directly with customers and your crew to make moving day as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading moving trucks
• Safely carrying furniture, boxes, and other household items
• Padding, wrapping, and protecting customers' belongings
• Disassembling and reassembling furniture
• Packing and unpacking
• Working safely in stairs, tight spaces, and Florida weather
• Communicating professionally and positively with customers
• Keeping trucks, equipment, and work areas organized
• Driving company moving trucks if hired/approved as a Driver

Drivers are part of the moving crew and perform moving work alongside the rest of the team.

You do not need previous moving experience.

We're looking for people who are:

This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including moving heavy furniture and boxes, working on their feet for extended periods, navigating stairs, and performing repeated lifting and carrying.

Driver Requirements

Applicants interested in a Driver position must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Meet OX Strong's driving eligibility requirements
• Be comfortable driving moving trucks
• Successfully complete any required motor vehicle record review

A CDL is not required for our standard moving-driver positions. CDL experience is a plus.

Schedule

Full-Time: Typically 4–7 days per week depending on workload and availability
Part-Time: Especially helpful for weekends and select weekdays
Typical Shift: Approximately 8–10 hours, although moving jobs can occasionally run longer

Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed.
