Key Responsibilities
- Production & Order Fulfillment: Assist in daily production labor, remove finished products from packaging areas, and complete customer orders accurately.
- Palletizing & Stacking: Stack products onto pallets according to specific customer and order guidelines.
- Machine & Equipment Support: Assist machine operators with changeovers and perform minor mechanical adjustments (such as adjusting saws).
- Quality & Reporting: Perform routine quality checks on products and complete required daily paperwork/reports.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, keeping work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Team Contribution: Bring energy and a positive attitude to foster a supportive team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40–50 lbs continuously and stand/walk for 8–10 hours per day.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance record, strong work ethic, and proven dependability.
- Attitude: A positive, team-first mindset with a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with machinery or saw adjustments is a plus).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow order specifications, perform accurate quality checks, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
