The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our North America team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic impact and is passionate about building high-performing, values-led teams.
You’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders, supporting employees and delivering core People & Culture initiatives that drive engagement, performance and business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Partner with regional leaders to deliver day-to-day People & Culture initiatives aligned to business needs
- Support and embed performance management frameworks, driving clarity and accountability
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, including investigations and grievance processes
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support onboarding to set new hires up for success
- Deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across the region
- Manage office operations, including facilities coordination and workplace logistics
- Maintain HR systems, employee records and ensure compliance with local legislation
- Analyse HR metrics (e.g. turnover, engagement, performance) to inform decision-making
- Provide reporting and insights to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with global P&C frameworks
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years’ experience in an HR / People role within a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law (New York State required; Canadian exposure beneficial)
- Experience managing employee relations and supporting performance conversations
- Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident partnering with leaders to support people-related decision making
- Experience using HR systems and working with people data and analytics
- Strong communication and relationship-building capability
- High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
