Floor Coatings Installer / Concrete Coatings Technician
Pay: $45.00 /hour as a Crew Leader
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 35–50 hours per week

What You'll Do
As a Floor Coatings Installer, you'll work with a team installing premium concrete coating systems on residential and commercial projects, including:
- Garage floors
- Patios
- Pool decks
- Driveways
- Walkways
- Interior and exterior concrete surfaces
Daily Responsibilities
- Profile concrete using walk-behind grinders
- Repair cracks and prepare concrete surfaces
- Apply industrial concrete coating systems
- Broadcast decorative flake systems
- Scrape, vacuum, and apply protective topcoats
- Safely operate generators, grinders, vacuums, and other power tools
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and general upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional trailer and job site
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- Must own a truck that is less than 7 years old and capable of safely towing a 6,000-pound trailer
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Available to work 35–50 hours per week, including early mornings and occasional overtime
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions
- Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing basic equipment maintenance
- Detail-oriented with pride in producing exceptional work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Drug-free workplace (pre-employment and/or random testing may be required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous concrete coatings experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coatings, surface preparation, grinding, or decorative flake systems is a major plus.
- Applicants with previous concrete coatings experience may qualify for an accelerated advancement path to Crew Leader based on demonstrated skills, leadership ability, and job performance.
Pay & Career Growth
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour as a Trainee
- Performance-based raises and promotions
- Experienced installers who demonstrate leadership and technical ability can advance to Crew Leader on an accelerated timeline
- Crew Leaders earn $45.00/hour or more
