Ox Asphalt is hiring an Asphalt Sealcoat Technician to join our field crew and help deliver top-tier asphalt maintenance services to residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and more across Indianapolis.
Worked in asphalt, landscaping, construction, or other hands-on jobs? Great, we’ll put that experience to work. If not? No problem. We’ll train you from the ground up if you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:
- Prep surfaces for sealcoating (cleaning, edging, and crack-filling).
- Apply sealcoat using spray systems and brushes.
- Set up cones, tape, and signage to keep job sites safe.
- Keep tools clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Load/unload trucks and assist the crew with all phases of the job.
- Take pride in the work, because you’ll see it all over the city.
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience? That’s fine, bring the work ethic and we’ll train you.
- Experience in asphalt, landscaping, construction, or similar? Even better.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in heat, lifting 50 lbs, and staying on your feet.
- Dependable and ready to work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Team-first mindset with pride in doing quality work.
