Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education principles, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning

- Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques and conflict resolution skills to create a safe and supportive environment
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists in special education, and educational staff to design individualized academic interventions and support services for students with diverse needs
- Facilitate communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on student performance data analysis and developmental milestones
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards specific to early childhood programs
Requirements
- Proven experience teaching preschool or early childhood education, including classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, literacy education, math instruction, and physical education for young children
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs, including implementing academic interventions and individualized support plans
- Ability to design engaging instructional activities that incorporate Montessori or other child-centered pedagogies
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, families, and external specialists
