TITLE: Maintenance Technician
REPORTS TO: Property Manager
SUMMARY
Owner's Management Company seeks an individual with at least 2 years general maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and minor carpentry. Duties include but are not limited to handling emergency calls in apartments, routine building maintenance, apartment work orders and prepping suites for occupancy. This person also needs to be a team player and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

COMPENSATION
- Hourly and Based on Prior Experience and Potential

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
