We are seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will oversee maintenance operations across our residential communities, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and that residents receive prompt and effective service. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of property to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for Westland Gardens.
- Oversee industrial maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize Real Page for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or projects as needed.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in maintenance and safety procedures.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for maintenance-related projects.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in property or industrial maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience with Real Page is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
