Responsibilities
- Follows up on newly-bound policies to review verified work history and Loss Runs per Underwriting Requirements.
- Contacts the insured as needed to obtain required documentation after coverage is bound.
- Submits to Agent for rate changes as needed based on discrepancies discovered after binding coverage.
- Reviews probationary and fleet accounts for continued acceptability. Notifies the Underwriters to review for possible cancellation per guidelines.
- Registers insured equipment with specific states.
- Reviews state transaction reports each month the verify the proper reporting for all trucks added/deleted were generated to the state as required.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years office experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Helpful
- One-year insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of the trucking industry
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
