Responsibilities
- Monitors fax queue, sorts, and distributes work. Imports faxes into the appropriate workbaskets.
- Builds and maintains member/customer screens on both OOIDA and CMCI sides.
- Sorts and distributes all incoming mail, puts together and mails request for info packets.
- Prints and mails letters, registration forms and various packets as needed.
- Processes and applies all incoming money and makes necessary calls to members in regards to money questions.
- Handles and codes statements from collection facilities, processes the payments and reversals.
Qualifications:
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
Helpful
- Knowledge of AS400 and Content Manager
- Knowledge of the trucking industry
