We are looking for a Civil CAD Technician to join our Joplin team.

Responsibilities May Include

Gather data and perform research to support daily projects.
Read and interpret plans and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
Conduct various office tasks, including research and preparation of CAD files for construction documents, as well as review deeds and title work information.
Utilize engineer and survey drawings to create bid documents.
Prepare precise CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3-D software.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong customer service orientation.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Be available to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

2 years of CAD related drafting/design experience.
Proficiency in preparing CAD drawings with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to effectively utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3-D software to create high-quality drawings.
Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness to learn and adapt, even if you don't possess all the desired skills for this position.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
