Client Solutions Manager (Project Manager – ERP Consulting)
OYBI is a small, high-performance consulting firm specializing in ERP implementation, customization, and support for manufacturing and distribution companies.
We are hiring a Client Solutions Manager to own the operational execution of client engagements. This role sits at the center of our delivery process and is responsible for keeping projects moving, consultants productive, and clients informed.
This is not a passive account management role. You will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinate internal consultants and subcontractors, monitor billable hours, and ensure work stays on schedule and within scope.
Our clients rely on us to keep critical business systems running. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement Management
- Lead new client onboarding, project kickoff meetings, and implementation planning
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients
- Provide clear project updates and maintain transparency around scope, timelines, and progress
- Identify additional client needs and coordinate opportunities with sales
Project Scheduling & Execution
- Manage project schedules across multiple consultants and subcontractors
- Prioritize tasks and keep work progressing according to agreed timelines
- Track milestones and proactively address delays or resource constraints
- Maintain documentation of project activities and decisions
Operational Oversight
- Monitor consultant workloads and billable hours
- Ensure service hours are tracked accurately and invoiced appropriately
- Maintain project and client data within Odoo (CRM, Sales, and Project modules)
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improve internal processes
Issue Resolution
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of project risks or client concerns
- Maintain strong relationships with clients while protecting project scope and timelines
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience in project management, consulting operations, or implementation management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong personal accountability
- Ability to coordinate technical specialists and keep projects moving
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Odoo
- Background in software consulting or business systems implementations
- Familiarity with billable-hour consulting environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution companies
