What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creator Marketing Manager position at OWM (Creator Ownership)?
The Role:
We're hiring a Creator Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day management, activation, and growth of creator partnerships across our client portfolio. This person will serve as the primary liaison between brands, creators, and talent representatives, ensuring every partnership is fully activated, strategically aligned, and delivering measurable results.
Our brand clients don't come to us with a playbook, they come to us for one. This role requires someone who can serve as a true strategic partner to senior marketing leaders, translating business objectives into bold, talent-driven campaigns and owning every step of the process. The best person for this role leads the conversation, earns the trust, and delivers results.
What You'll Do:
- Project manage OWM's Creator Advisory Boards across brand clients, ensuring talent is fully activated, content is on strategy, and business updates are communicated in ways that keep partners engaged and producing
- Own the full lifecycle of creator and talent partnerships, from sourcing and deal structuring to contracting, briefing, activation, and performance reporting
- Work cross-functionally with paid media teams to bridge organic creator content and performance marketing, ensuring every piece of creator content has a clear path to results
- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with talent, managers, and agents, handling the communication layer so internal teams stay focused and partnerships stay on track
- Translate brand strategy into actionable creator briefs and content plans, keeping multi-talent rosters on a clear content calendar with deliverables that actually get executed
- Report on partnership performance to senior brand stakeholders, communicating outcomes clearly and using data to inform next steps and budget decisions
What We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, talent marketing, or creator partnerships
- Has owned brand campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution and performance reporting
- Direct experience working with talent and their full representative ecosystem (managers, agents, publicists, lawyers, and financial advisors) as well as founders and CMOs
- Can translate strategic and advisory relationships into clear, actionable activation plans
- Knows how to manage and activate a creator advisory board, keeping talent informed, briefed, and producing content that communicates real business momentum
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with paid media teams to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring creator content has a direct line to performance
- Can own a content calendar across a multi-talent roster and keep deliverables on track without constant oversight
- Leads clients, not the other way around; comfortable owning the strategy room and presenting confidently to senior brand stakeholders
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, hits the ground running, and proactively brings creative solutions to maximize talent partnerships
