What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Keeper position at Owl Move It, LLC?
1. Receiving & Shelving
1) Receive incoming goods at the U.S. West warehouse (approximately 800 cartons expected – need to receive, count, organize, and shelve).
2) Ongoing: approximately 20 cartons of products are expected to arrive every 1–2 months; need to receive, organize, and shelve. Forklift operation required when necessary.
2. Picking, Packing & Shipping
1) Early stage: approximately 20–30 orders per day to ship. Order volume will gradually increase as platforms and stores expand. Custom orders may require operating a laser machine (video training available).
2) FBA replenishment: need to pick items, apply product labels individually, and pack into boxes.
3. Inventory & Location Management
1) Independently assemble simple picking shelves and assist in planning bin locations.
2) Maintain accurate product-to-location correspondence; cooperate with daily/weekly inventory counts; report any discrepancies to the domestic team.
4. Warehouse Organization
Keep picking areas, receiving areas, shipping areas, and aisles clean and tidy. Ensure products are neatly arranged, labels are clear, and locations are clearly marked.
5. Warehouse System Operations
Perform basic computer operations, use scanners, and operate the warehouse management system (training will be provided).
6. Compliance & Safety
Coordinate with local regulatory and fire inspection requirements as needed.
7. Customer Service for Rental Area
Greet and assist tenants in the rental area; record their requests and requirements.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
