What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Team Member position at OWL Bakery?

Owl Bakery in Asheville, NC is looking for bread bakers to join our skilled team to craft highly intentional sourdough and other specialty breads.

Baking shifts begin at 5 AM. Weekend availability required.

Our ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in baking or culinary fields, wants to become a part of a growing business, and is dedicated to the craft of making beautiful food with local, seasonal, organic ingredients.

Starting wage $23/15/hour with regularly scheduled wage rate increases.
