Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies for digital, print, and community outreach to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Lead Intake & CRM: Manage incoming leads, qualify inquiries, and coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure timely follow-up.
- Content & Social Media: Create and manage engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company website, highlighting projects, client testimonials, and company culture.
- Event & Community Marketing: Coordinate participation in home shows, community events, and open houses.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance data (web traffic, lead sources, conversion rates) to guide decision-making and optimize marketing ROI.
- Vendor & Advertising Coordination: Work with external partners, ad agencies, and vendors to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or design industries.
- Proficiency in social media management, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
- Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
