Job Summary
The F&B Shift Supervisor is essential in overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring
a high level of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen
attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

When working in the office, the noise level is moderately quiet. When on the gaming floor, the noise level may be loud,

- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with service standards and
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality food and beverage
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and controlling food and beverage supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, following health and safety regulations.
- Prepare shift reports, including sales and labor cost analysis, and communicate findings to management.
- Implement promotional initiatives and special events to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is essential.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
