Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and merchandise based on customer needs.
- Answer inquiries about golf course rules, services, and amenities.
2. Sales and Promotions:
- Promote and sell golf shop merchandise, including clubs, apparel, accessories, and gifts.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and inventory.
- Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.
3. Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper display and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in keeping accurate records of stock.
4. Shop Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop environment, including displays and storage areas.
- Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
- Help with shop setup for events and tournaments as needed.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Assist with special events, clinics, and tournaments as required.
6. Product Knowledge:
