Team Specialist

We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Team Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy working with coaches, schools, athletes, and communities while helping teams look and perform their best, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaches, athletic directors, and athletic programs.
- Manage an established customer base while developing new team business opportunities.
- Meet with customers to discuss uniforms, spirit wear, equipment, and team needs.
- Work closely with our in-house graphic design, screen printing, embroidery, and customer service teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Represent Owens Sporting Goods with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- A people person who enjoys building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- 3 years' outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports-related background.
