Role Description

We are currently seeking a Facility Manager and Maintenance Technicians for full-time, on-site positions in Hartford, CT. The Facility Manager will oversee daily operations, building maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The team will work to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, performing routine property inspections, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
• Proven ability to manage operations, vendor coordination, and project execution
• Experience with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in building or facility management is highly desirable
• Certifications in HVAC or other relevant systems are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training is an advantage
• Clear background check required and DMV valid license.
