This role oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping—with a strong focus on service excellence for our clients. Candidates with experience supporting retail customers, retail distribution, or meeting retailer compliance requirements are strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse teams. Communicate with client including retail partners to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment. Plan labor, assign daily tasks, and maintain production schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards and federal regulations (DEA/OSHA). Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate teammates. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support client needs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of supervisory experience; 2 years warehouse experience preferred. Experience with retail accounts (e.g., routing guides, labeling, appointment scheduling, OTIF requirements) is a strong plus. Ability to use Windows-based systems and operational reporting tools. Certification on warehouse equipment (or ability to obtain). Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
